Lanyards
Lanyard branding is one of the most highly demanded sponsorship opportunities. With this sponsorship, you can place your company’s logo around the necks of all attendees. Lanyards will be ordered by show management.

Celebrate the close of a full conference day as a Happy Hour sponsor.
Breakfast & Breaks
Plaster your company logo across one of the most heavily visited event spaces: the coffee station. This sponsorship includes napkins branded with your company logo, recognition on signs at the event, and in the mobile app during breakfasts or AM/PM coffee breaks.
Hotel Key Cards
Keep your company name at the forefront of attendees’ minds by placing your preferred graphic and/or logo printed on one side of hotel keycards. The keycards will be given to all attendees staying at the hotel.

Who can claim ACP event sponsorships?
Sponsorships are open to all organizations in the clean energy industry. We welcome all of those who are interested to submit requests for our available sponsorship opportunities. Please note: the sponsorship prices listed are for ACP members. For interested nonmembers, prices are 50% higher than the listed price points and exclusions may apply.
What are the benefits of sponsoring an ACP event?
Sponsorships are a powerful way to promote your brand to senior leaders and decision makers at companies in the clean energy space. The available 2023 event sponsorships include on-site signage and branding, networking and hospitality, thought leadership, premier speaking slots, and more. Sponsors also receive recognition on our event web pages, emails, and social media posts.

What types of sponsorships are available?
ACP offers three categories of sponsorships to help promote your brand to senior leaders and decision makers across the industry: 1) presenting, 2) bundled, and 3) individual sponsorships.
- Presenting Sponsorships: As a brand-new category of sponsorships, presenting sponsorships provide organizations with prominent speaking, stage branding, and VIP access opportunities. Most of the offerings included in presenting sponsorships cannot be purchased individually or in sponsorship bundles—rather, they are unique chances for organizations seeking to engage on the event stage. - Individual Sponsorships: Browse our sponsorships for branding opportunities, which you may request à la carte. You may express interest in as few or as many individual opportunities as you like. Sponsorships are sorted by event. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to exhibition@cleanpower.org to find a customized solution.
- Sponsorship Bundles: ACP offers special combinations of individual sponsorships (i.e., “bundles”), which offer branding takeover or discounted pricing opportunities. Once bundled sponsorships are claimed, the included individual offerings will be marked as claimed for the event—and will no longer be available for other organizations to request.
How do the 2023 offerings compare with previous ACP sponsorships?
ACP has updated its offerings to meet the increased demand for speaking, stage branding, and other opportunities in the spotlight. Unlike previous years, the branded sponsorship tiers apply to presenting sponsorship packages. For those interested in learning more, please reach out to exhibition@cleanpower.org. Note: prices vary based on the size and scope of each event.

ACP welcomes the opportunity to create sponsorship and visibility opportunities that meet your individual needs. We are committed to making the event a success for each company. We will work with you to provide maximum recognition with all conference attendees and opportunities to meet face-to-face with key decision makers and influencers with whom you want to develop relationships. How do I submit a request to claim a sponsorship?
To request one or multiple sponsorships, select the offering(s) of interest and click “add to cart.” When you’re ready to submit your request, go to the pop-out at the bottom of the page and click the “Contact our team” button. You will then have the opportunity to review your selections and provide your contact information before submitting your interest form to our team. A member of our team will reach out to you to help make your vision a reality.
